We assess the request against our mandate, our capacity, and our compliance standards. Not every enquiry becomes an engagement.
Step 2 — Scoping
Once aligned, we define the scope, timeline, and reporting lines in writing before any work begins.
Step 3 — Delivery & check-in
Work proceeds against that scope, with regular check-ins — no surprise deliverables, no scope creep without a conversation first.
